A service film with a structural demand: the person asking and the team answering are never in the same room, so the edit has to run them in parallel and still feel like one exchange. The on-screen interface is animated to sit inside the scene — tracked to the frame rather than pasted onto it — because a service that looks like a graphic overlay does not read as something reaching an actual person.
