The longest film here, and length is the whole problem: education, healthcare, industry, housing, tourism and technology is a list, and a list loses an audience at four minutes. The edit solves it by tying the sectors to a life rather than to sections, so each move forward reads as time passing instead of a new topic. Supporting graphics are kept deliberately quiet — at this length they would become a tic.
